Tap the Profile tab and select "Create Account". Enter your email address and follow the verification steps. Your workouts will automatically sync across devices when you're signed in.
How does Tally (AI Assistant) work?
Tally is your AI workout partner that helps create personalized routines, exercises, stretches, and yoga sessions. Simply tell Tally your goals, preferences, and limitations, and it will suggest appropriate workouts. Always verify these suggestions for accuracy and suitability.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings:
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find TallyFit to manage or cancel
How do I sync my workouts across devices?
Once you're signed in to your account, your workouts automatically sync when you have an internet connection. You can still create and track workouts offline - they'll sync when you're back online.
What if Tally gives me inappropriate or incorrect suggestions?
While Tally aims to provide helpful suggestions, you should always:
- Review suggestions for your fitness level and health condition
- Start with lighter weights/intensity
- Stop if something feels wrong
- Report inappropriate or unsafe suggestions to support
How do I export or delete my data?
To export your data or request account deletion, email us with your account email address. We aim to process your request within 48 hours; however, please note that processing times are estimates and delays may occur.
